Order Processing

We know cyclists hate waiting as much as they hate flat tires. That’s why we process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your gear rolling:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware:

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries
  • Delivery times may be longer than estimated due to customs processing

Our Rider-Focused Returns Policy

Just like a perfectly adjusted derailleur, our returns process is designed to be smooth and efficient. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RAN clearly visible
  4. Ship the package to our warehouse (address provided with your RAN)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Return Conditions

  • All items must be in original condition – unused, uninstalled, with all packaging and tags
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error

Product Exceptions

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Tires & Tubes (if opened or used)
  • Custom-built or special order components
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Time to Appear: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  • We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
  • You’ll only be charged for any price difference plus new shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
  • Do not attempt to install or use damaged components
