While we’re confident you’ll love your new gear, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Our returns policy is designed with the same precision as our products – straightforward, reliable, and rider-focused.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is as important to us as a perfectly tuned drivetrain, so we’ve made the process as smooth as possible.
Important Notes:
- All returned items must be in original condition – unused, uninstalled, and with all original packaging and tags
- For safety reasons, tires and tubes cannot be returned once opened (see product exceptions below)
- Custom-built wheels and special orders may have different return conditions – contact us before ordering
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to get your return rolling:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RAN clearly visible
- Ship the package to our warehouse (address provided with your RAN)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Return Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service:
- Exchanges: We’ll cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
- Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
- International Returns: Contact us first as customs procedures may apply
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Time to Appear: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
- You’ll only be charged for any price difference plus new shipping costs

Product Exceptions
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Tires & Tubes (if opened or used)
- Custom-built or special order components
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
- Do not attempt to install or use damaged components
