We offer two reliable global shipping methods (excluding some remote areas):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over $50
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days by our cycling-savvy packing team.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please include your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-10 additional business days).
